Bunz Out headwear is designed to express your favorite space buns
and pigtails hairstyles. You can wear your hair half-up or all up to keep the
away the summer heat. With options like braided pigtails, curled hair, twisted
space buns and many more styles, the ways to rock your cap are endless. Check

Both adult hats and youth hats are one-size-fits-all with adjustable
straps on the back.  

Bunz Out caps are hand-tailored and take approximately 1-2 weeks
to process with approximately 3-5 days shipping time. I try to always exceed
this time, but if you need your order on a rush, please contact me at
courtney@bunzout.com to discuss our options.  

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! I am always pleased to receive an order from out of country.
As of now, shipping is a $30 flat rate for out of country orders and I always
refund the difference if I can find cheaper shipping.   

Bunz Out constantly strives to give customers the best
product and service. To do this, orders are processed and made as quickly as
possible. If you have not yet received an email with your shipping information,
please shoot me an email at courtney@bunzout.com with your order number and
request and I will have your order adjusted before shipment. If your order has
been shipped, we will wait until you receive your order to process a
return/exchange. Please send an email to courtney@bunzout.com detailing your
order number as well as your request so that I can either get to work on a new
cap for you or start the groundwork for a refund.

I apologize for this inconvenience! Please email photos of the
packaging as well as the product(s) to courtney@bunzout.com and I will get your
damaged items replaced.   

Most orders are shipped with USPS and you will receive a link to
track your package. If your tracking information reflects a
"delivered" status and you have not received the package, please
contact us for assistance.  

At this time, my site allows for only ONE sale or discount code per order. Select discount codes are only available for a one time purchase.   

When it comes to cleaning your Bunz Out headwear, most* of our hats should be washed in cold water on a gentle cycle in your washing machine and with like colors only. Lay flat to dry for best results.  

Hand washing with cold water then laying flat to dry is always a safe action.  

You can also wash it in the top rack of your dishwasher. Once the wash cycle has finished, remove your hat and let
it air dry. Be sure not to use dish washing detergent and keep an eye on
the water temperature, considering hot water can shrink your hat. 

* Most of our caps are cotton and can be cleaned according to
the aforementioned methods. For leather or polyester caps, I recommend having
them dry cleaned for the safest results.*
